My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room wasn't initially at the right temperature, but it was ready early for us, and I loved the cozy lighting and spacious bed with quality linen. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond, even offering me a complimentary breakfast throughout my stay. The location was excellent for exploring The Royal Mile and Princess St on foot, providing easy access to attractions and dining options. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a wide selection of food but some delays in replenishing items. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, offering essential amenities.

My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. Although the price for the night was over £200, the room was not ready with the cot we had requested, and it was dirty with a big bunch of hair on the pillows where we slept all night.
